yeah, it was that kind of party.... i may as well have been in wisconsin for all the cheese i threw down tonight lol. Super rich country club crowd too, so EVERYONE had an exaggerated sense of entitlement. Everyone was happy with the Christmas music, but the old people bitched when i played anything recorded after 1950, and the younger people bitched when i played anything recorded before 1990. i think i heard every cliche from the "worst comment/request" thread tonight... i worked the party with a buddy though. We ran interference for each other with the requesters/complainers, so it wasn't too bad, but it definitely turned into a "just a paycheck" gig real quick... Chad, i wish i would have seen those links before i headed out... it would have amused the hell out of me to drop those tracks and watch some of these crusty old cunts have heart attacks haha
