Hey Syndic8,
Have you tried backing up your current database and just launching Itch with a empty database with everything connected? (ie NS7 & NSFX)

Also keep in mind, there is a known issue with hotplugging as well which could be attributing to the problem.

Hey guys,
There was only one fix added to ITCH 2.0.1, which addressed the issue where some older models of the VCI-300 could be damaged when performing the firmware upgrade. Nothing else has changed.
All our releases are for both PC and Mac -> serato.com
Cheers!

Just a note here but 2.0.1 tried to update my Twitch then say it had failed. I think it thought my Twitch was a VCI.
This could be problematic.

Hey Mr Wilks,
This could be problematic.
Could you please start a new help request for this? It would be great if we could get to the bottom of this for you.
Thanks.

That is strange! The reason I'm interested is that I had this happen to me once with TWITCH also, but never again. Please let us know if it happens again, it would be good if we could find out what is going on.

I set up my twitch unit at work today and on the first boot up it randomly kept opening up the Novation ASIO driver control panel over the top of Itch. I had to restart and when it did it tried to update the firmware again.
It failed (as expected) so i rebooted and it went away.

Why don't you test 2.1 beta (just released). It appears to be pretty solid thus far. ;-)
