Korg KM-202 or 204 with built in Korg effect pad.
I still haven't read a review on this bitch yet.
Looks promising.

there is nothing promising about the lack of any kind of BALANCED OUTPUTS on that mixer.

the korg zero4 looks like a DJM-800 almost.... i dunno about that km-204 thing though...looks cheap. too weird to see a mixer these days with such bare spots. looks empty

saw that at the store the other day. Fader feels nice but I doubt it'll pulling away too much market share from the big boys just yet..

No kidding?
It was just a comparison. The korg at $450 or the pioneer at $1000. There is a reason the pioneer is more expensive. I know the name has alot to do with it, but so does reputation and quality. Korg makes a bunch of other nice stuff but mixers arent really their thing. Just like making $300,000 cars isnt Toyotas thing. Just making a point... If any mixer goes up against the 909 it would probably be the 57 or a xone.

look into to the Ecler Hak 380 Prizo.
for a cheaper alternative.. Audio Innovate looks to be a pretty decent mixer too.

I saw this at the Remix Hotel in Atlanta. The rep showed me some il effects with that KAOS pad. He was transforming and crabbing just by applying pressur eto the pad. I think alot of it has to do with remembering specific parametrs on the KAOS pad. It looked interesting, but I wouldn't spen that much money on something that isn't normally installed in the clubs I spin at. Maybe this would be better for mobile jocks who use the same equipment every time.

yeah. I guess. but clubs fucking install djm 600s in their clubs. those things suck.

in philly i mostly see djm 500s and the occasional rane 56... once a 57sl.
I want to get a 57 but im not gonna bring it out with me to the clubs as im mainly a club jock.
the blue rane 3 channel looks good (epitome?) as does the 909... i dunno... im still workin on my 56 but its almost time for a new one
