i started over with serato and moved 400 files to my internal hard drive. I rebuilt overviews for all of them. Most are mp3 but some are aiff (recorded from 57) files. Most of them are fine but probably 1 in 20 has to rebuild overviews everytime i play them. They rebuild every time they are played. I have restarted, rebuilt overviews again, made sure read/write is enabled to no avail.

Why would overviews not be saved with the files? I would like to be able to uncheck build overviews but if i do that then these files won't have any overviews and may not play properly. any ideas?
