Numark V7 45 adapter to spindle screw tightness?

Just wondering how tight you guys have screwed the platter assembly to the spindle. Ive noticed when it is fully tightened, it is noticably more friction between the slipmat and vinyl than if the screw is loosened a half turn or so (so makes it even easier to back spin the vinyl). Is this just a matter of DJ preference, or should the screw always be fully tightened?

Ive put a old wafer thin 45 record under my slipmat aswell as a cut down sized butterug and flying carpet from thudrumble it's now slippy crazy lol.

Some people use CD's under there slipmat if you check youtube
but personally i think CD's are to thick.

hey what size is that screw. I lost the key to unscrew it. I can't find a screwdriver bit that small.
