Here is the preliminary Control Editor file, load this file into the control editor before launching SSL and loading the xml file.

This makes working with VSL so much easier.

Decided to turn this into a SSL midi mapping because of the DJ-FX. There are two different knob pages so you can switch between the two and control VSL effects and DJ-FX.

Added way full assignments for VSL and DJ-FX. I will post the new XML file shortly.

hey man ... i have problems running Maschine with Serato.

I can't midi map any button. it says that it is enable in the setup, but when i midi assign a button it's not working at all ... not even a response from the software ..

Did your put maschine in midi mode...also i think u have to use the NI controller editor

i did both at this time, but it wasn't working.

but it's running now. maybe i just needed a simple restart or some simple sh*t like this...

Can't wait to be able to midi map serato video with Serato Dj. Can't do it now with itch. :-(

I experimented briefly with a Mikro with SSL + SV and it did work quite well.

With the full sized Maschine controller, I made two groups. One for video and one for transport controls.

Will I still need the controller editor file or will just the xml file work?

I can send the controller editor file as well, that will show you the control labels in the CE so you know what is what.

I forgot about that actually, but the buttons should work once you import the xml file.

Maschine is a super dope Serato Controller ... Would be dope to have Midi Out to display the status of the Cue's on Maschine...

Once I get my video issues sorted out, I will start working on this again.

I used Cheeba's method to map individual transitions and video effects to my Traktor Kontrol F1 last week and it worked like a charm. Somehow my mapping got screwed up over the weekend though, but when I fix it later I'll probably post a short video to show how it works.

Actually it's different because they are seen as different devices by the NI Controller Manager.

I made a mapping for the Maschine first gen for SSL.

I started working on one for Serato DJ, but haven't had time to finish it just yet.

I would love any Maschine Serato midi template I can get my hands on, can someone upload a link for the MK2? If I get that as a start, maybe I can help with an update that includes flip controls.

Thanks for your template.
I've been testing a couple of faults:
- No charge left track
- Loop Roll "In that layer some cues work"

The layer of "flip" I could not prove it.

the flip layer only works if you have flips. To record a flip you use the transport controls and once you save the flips depeding on what deck you have the track on group c controls the flips on the left1-4 and group d is right. i have everything labeled on the control editor map to help out

I will post my mapping as soon as it's ready for Serato DJ... I still need to put some work in it to have all cool stuff in there...

there are still some issues i need to figure out. I've a layer with all different loop lengths. when i enable an auto loop in this layer and switch to another layer the loop is turned off... it's only happening in Serato DJ...

Will this fix first, than i will post it...

I am just about done with the map if anyone is familiar with the 62 and how it uses a knob for the loop roll that is the route i took for loop roll with a toggle button and the auto loops are on pads

Does this one work with Serato Scratch Live or only Serato DJ?? Would like a mapping for Scratch Live since I only have the 57SL mixer :(

Its so easy to MIDI map in serato, and everyone would use that gear differently in SSL its best fro you to just map it yourself. Or check out DJtechtools midi mapping share area.
