I was changing the labels on my NS7 vinyl tonight and found that the mini phillips screwdriver that comes with your Shure M44-7's is perfect for the phillips screws on the spindle adapter.

What's a pain is the allen key they provided, you can only do half turns with it making it difficult to remove the spindle adapter quickly.

What I wanted to suggest is they should make a mini hex screwdriver indentical to the screwdriver that comes with the Shure 44-7's.

This would make it easier to loosen the allen screw to remove the vinyl, etc.

You can get mini hex bits for screwdrivers. Try Home Depot.

Yep or if you're in Canada, Canadian Tire.

I just stuck the Shure screwdriver in the foam of my road case so I have them all the time.

I got one of them little hex screwdrivers @ home depot and they worked like a charm.

Thanks everyone!! I found the solution. Went to home depot and found a little hex screwdriver and it worked!!!

Share the part number of the screwdriver set, I think I'm going to pick one of these up when I have a spare moment.
