Wasn't the best but they had all the hip-hop singles you needed to rock a club. But they never carried anything rare or different that made them a unique store.
On the other hand, stores like Fatbeats specialize in Indie and Turntable Lab has a really good selection of downtempo, trip-hop, along with their hip-hop and electronic music. They have plenty of exclusives and limited editions on top of that. Beatstreet did have some nice in-store performances but other stores also have some cool ones.
Vinyl will never die, but privately-owned stores are bound to.
