How can I record my set???

I have a CD Burner? Could I still record when I am mixing on my Serato? Also how could I edit my CD by putting them into tracks? Could that be done on the Serato? Someone anyone please help me?

You can't record your set "in" SSL, as all the mixing is done on your external mixer. You have to use another soundcard+program to record. Run the mixer's master out into the soundcard's line input, then use a separate program to actually record. There's many (programs) out there to choose from.

You can use Cubase, Protools, Wavelab etc...

OR

An external digital mixer.

Is there any free files I could use? Also would have to hook my CD Burner through my mixer? PLease tell me....Thanks
