Hi

I have somehow managed to loose the 2 knobs on the earth connection. Is there any way of getting some new ones?

Maybe try contacting the lads @ Serato for some pointers.
Consensus round here is they are pretty helpful...

Might be better to directly contact someone from Rane/Serato, or use the help forum (they check posts directly there)
