I'm using SSL with Denon HC 1000 Controller and sometimes the VCI300 + VFX-1.
While working with Itch, sometimes i miss my cue buttons 4+5 for each deck..
After connect HC 1000 while working with Itch & VCI 300 nothing happen!
Is it possible to implement/write a Programcode that the Denon HC-1000 will work together with VCI 300 & VFX-1?

Hi DJ - A.B.BASS.

It isn't possible to use the HC 1000 with ITCH I'm sorry, ITCH doesn't allow external MIDI devices to be used the way Scratch Live does.

Ok, i know Itch has no Midi, but again:
1. Why isn't it possible for upcoming Versions to implement a Code, that the Denon Controller will work with Itch?
2. Why spending no Midi Function into upcoming Versions of Itch?

The VFX-1 (>originally for Itch<) now works with/since SSL (22021)_Public_Beta_3

why not bringing some Bonus Things into Itch?

...like a lot of Questions in Forum about SP6 and and and......

Scratch Live has a MIDI learn functionality, the time it took to make the VFX-1 work with Scratch Live was almost teh same time it would take for a user to implement this functionality (with a lot of testing etc however).

To change the fundamental nature of ITCH however is a BIG ask (ie. Lots and lots and lots and lots of work), and since the whole concept of ITCH is a 1-1 dedicated hardware+software integration from the planning stages, all the way to implementation, there won't be any ITCH hardware that comes 'late to the party' after release such as the HC 1000 I'm sorry to say.

This isn't to annoy anyone, but it's just the basic concept of ITCH.

If you want a more open source functionality, then there are programs like Scratch Live that you can use.

Thanks for the Answer and aha, this is a pity.
