your software does not support flv files like it says it does unlike virtual dj that plays nearlt all codecs why so fussy and why not be a little more accurate

Hi danielle,

You are correct, unfortunately FLV files are not supported on Windows. We have amended our documentation accordingly, I apologise for this. For now, you would need to convert these videos to another format (e.g. MP4).

Note that Video-SL will play FLV files on Mac if you have Perian installed, as Perian supports FLV.
