I am in Canada and bought my NS7 through a distributor here and my cp-pro fader is bent and I need to replace. I asked the distributor to order me in the past but they claim the past is not available which I know is incorrect. Who can I order from in Canada or online this part from. Its obviously user replaceable and easy to swap out...just the company is unfornunate not being any help or the supplier gave them the wrong info and I need to replace it

There is not a specific model of the CP-PRO for the NS7 perhaps this is what confused them. You can also contact our parts department in the USA if you would like to order direct. You should be able to purchase the CP-PRO crossfader from any Numark stockist however, as it is also used in our battle mixers.

Oh Ok....to sbangs...do you know what battle mixers specifically its used in like if you can give me a model or even 2-3 just so I have a reference to point out...its just I need something to go on because they really have no idea what I am talking about...LOL...I will try and see

And DeeJayElite...if all else fails I will order that way mos def...thanks for the link...I'm in Canada by the way so if that makes a diference...

Simon, I think you are confusing the CP-PRO with the D-Type fader, which is used in PPD01, PPD9000 and in DXM-series (except DXMPRO)
The CP-Pro is ONLY used in DXMPRO and NS7 (only as crossfader).

However, size restrictions in the NS7 makes it impossible to use the original CP-PRO fader in the NS7 unless you interchange the top cover of the fader. (This also goes for the D-type faders used for the channels.)

So the part numbers you need for NS7 is TWMT113006001 (CP-PRO NS7) for the cross fader and TWMT113003503 (NS-7 D-type) for the channel faders.
(While the part number for the CP-PRO in the DXMPRO is TWMT1104432)
