i know of yousendit.com for example....
but are there any (BEST) websites that allow to send over 200 mb?? Free?
and provide download links to send to others??

I like www.sendspace.com you can send up to 300 megs, and you don't have any sort of limits.

I really like www.zshare.net. You can download or stream files from the site. Also there aren't tons of crazy ads and popups like on megaupload or rapidshare.

sendspace is annoying with their "only one download at a time" policy for freebies. Also, not very fast when downloading.
