you can use any player that supports streaming mp3 audio (eg iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc).

spin's right. you can use any media player that supports streaming (winamp, WMP, Real Player, iTunes). iTunes actually hosts OGR directly under the "Radio" feature.

Is it 5 PM PST as you said or 8 to 10 as it said on that OG site?

well...5-7 pm Pacific Standard Time but 8-10 EST (which is the time that the OGR site has). just depends on where you are tuning in from i guess.
