Hello JCruz,
Just follow these instructions and it will install the driver it needs:
Make sure your Rane hardware is plugged in.
1. Shut down any program you have open.
2. Click on the Start menu in the lower left corner of your desktop.
3. Click on All Programs.
4. Click on the Serato folder.
5. Click on the ScratchLIVE folder.
6. Double click the 'Update Driver' link.
