Mid-2012 MacBook Pro (retina and non-retina) w/ discreet gfx (NVIDIA or AMD) does fine with any 1080p material.

You might be able to trick out a 2011 at this point but watch out for bum GFX and you're probably looking at an upgrade within the next 24 months to keep up with SDJ updates.
