Not the er'body song, its older then that,

Shadow used it in mixes for awhile, and I've heard others, its just a beat and that vocal.

its not D.O.C. if it repeats, cuz the next word is "4"
maybe its a sample of it on a party break joint like the chocolate bamboo..
there was a few party break joints that used that same sample in the same way..
another was " underground trak team - countoff " Funk Flex used to burn it on hot97 in the early/mid 90s
