Help!!! looking for a Sony acid/vegas replacement for Mac

I've decided to do something that I haven't done in years, make a remix of a song and then place that audio on the music video (music video remix). back in the day I used Sony Acid or Sony Vegas which is now owned by Magix.

I have since moved to Mac and other editing apps but haven't done any music video remix since so my question is...

Is there an app that I can use to time stretch a music video to fit the audio created and is there an app with the beat mapper wizard like Sony Acid???

I think these apps are now available for OSX.
Also you can possibly run BootCamp on you Mac
