Yesterday I was playing out and My NS7III would randomly disconnect itself whilst playing, audio would continue but without the NS7 being useable, Is Anyone else having this issue with the latest version of DJ pro. Nothing has changed on my set up, i’m running Windows 10 home with no recent update to cause an issue, all has been fine with all previous versions of Serato and I tried 2 different laptops running the same version to rule out a laptop issue, both did the same thing. It’s odd as it was random, i played all day into early evening and the first laptop experienced the issue about 8 times and the second 4 times, all randomly, a reboot of serato and the controller had everything working fine again but it’s no good when performing. Maybe best just to go back a version and stick with that.
Be interesting to see if anyone else has had the same issue and managed to resolve it without going back a version of Serato DJ Pro?
