Serato DJ Lite 1.3.1 issues

Having a few issues with the latest version of the software so had to roll back to 1.3.0

1 - Glitches out a lot when playing tracks, normally when loading a track or applying a filter

2 - Navigation pane completely locks up and can't be used unless you close and reload the software, has happened twice now both times whilst in the middle of a mix.... not ideal!

3 - Headphones become dead until you adjust the volume on them then they spring back to life.

Anyone else seeing any of these issues?

Before anyone asks I'm on the below specs :-

HP desktop with Skylake i7 with SSD and 8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 10 1908
Numark Mixtrack Platinum

Another one is tracks in your library that you have processed show as a blank line until you load them onto a deck and then they show again.

Also the filters glitched out. Definitely rolling back as this is awful!

can someone teach me how to input itunes music to serato?

Rolling back has stopped any of the issues occurring. 4 hours of mixing without anything listed above.

How to officially log issues with the app because everything I put on this blog gets ignored.

I no longer have the Analyze button in the new version... Does anyone know why and is there a way to get it back on the interface?

Never Mind... Just found out that the analyze button will only appear when you don't have a controller connected.

Why are people asking questions on a thread that I created informing the devs that there are issues in their software (which I don't seem to be able to report) when they should be creating their own threads (to be ignored)?

Nearly a month to get a response?! Jeez!

Looks like there is a new version of the software which I'll try out later. No mention of my issues in the release notes though unless it was all being caused by a memory leak in the software.
