Replace qsc hpr 12” tops and 15” sub with ???

deezlee 6:34 AM - 16 October, 2019
I’ve had my trusty qsc hpr 1221i tops and my qsc hpr 151i sub since they came out. Really heavy, sound great.

I can’t move them around like I used to (back, knee, shoulder, you know the deal).

Any newer systems that offer similar bump/coverage/quality that might be lighter/smaller?

Thanks y’all

I do also have a Bose l1m2 w b2 bass that is great for what it does (cover any shape room/space, insane throw), but it can’t keep up with the bumping qscs and its not good for the same situations.

RCF ART 7 or HD series, lightweight, reliable and powerful.

Two 10 or 12 in tops, two 12 or 15 in subs and you'll be good.

Also if you want quick and easy setup EVOX 12 is the best IMO-

My favorite microsystem But its a bit expensive because you would need 2 to compare to your old system.....Watchwww.youtube.com

I recently replaced my HPR1221i with RCF HD32A MK4
60lbs vs 40 lbs

Also purchased some RCF SUB-905-ASii

Dang that sub is only 67 pounds vs 99 for mine.
Thanks for the options y’all.

Another happy RCF HD10MK4 & 705asii owner here. If you need the bass of an 18” the 708asii is lighter and goes lower than the QSC 18” but doesn’t have castors. You will need a cart.

Not sure why I imagined speakers would be better AND cheaper after ten years :p

Well the better speakers aren’t cheap but the cheap speakers are better if that’s any consolation?
