This is my first time really getting into DJing, and i'm currently working on buying all the equipment i need for a proper setup. i do not plan on playing shows, clubs, etc., just want to mess around and make music in my basement. I want to spin vinyls and scratch. I'm getting serato lite just to learn the basics. I currently have two serato turntables and am in the market for a good, but affordable mixer that is good for beginners. I was looking at the Numark M4 3 channel mixer as it is a really good price and has good reviews for what I am looking for, however I cannot find any information of whether or not it is compatible with serato lite. Does anyone know if Numark M4 3-channel mixer is compatible with serato lite? (does anyone know any softwares that work well with numark m4 mixer?) If not, can someone recommend a mixer that is serato lite compatible, good for beginners, affordable, and good for scratching/use with turntables.
