Serato Video Preview Window won't play videos

Serato Video Preview Window won't play videos

So the videos play fine when on my hdmi to output source but I don't see any videos on my Serato preview window when playing. Everything is updated as far as Mac and Serato and settings are checked and set. Any help?

MacBook Pro (13In - Mid 2012)
Processor 2.5ghz Intel Core i5
Memory 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Mojave 10.14.5

Restart your computer this is a known bug since Serato Video was first developed. It may take 1-2 restarts but the preview screens should reappear. Happens all the time.

This should be addressed coz it's an annoying bug

Hey folks,

we've actually been working hard on this one and think we've got all the known ways it can get into this state fixed in the latest 2.2.0 beta; at least on the Mac where it seems to happen the most.

So if it's happening to you a lot feel free to try out the beta build serato.com and let us know if it isn't fixed.
