Controller rec’s

Yo.
Have 2 TTS and a Rane 72. Just looking for a decent controller that has a good build, sound and is easily portable to use outside and locally for DJ workshops and friends parties.

Any suggestions
Like the look of Mixars primo but may be too pricey
Anything similar but cheaper out there?

Maybe one of the Roland's that's in your price range.

That is a good controller, but does it work with Serato?

can you only DJ on serato?

Is the Roland 202 any good?

mixars primo is the cheapest controller with a decently pro featureset. Everything else is going to be geared at beginners and only have rca outputs and requires the paid version of serato.

Agreed.

Having RCA only isn't really a big deal. None of these controllers are balanced, so using balanced cables with xlr connectors is no different than using rca cables anyway. If you need to plug into something with xlr connectors, adapters will be fine.
