DJ Pro Lite Issue with Audio Levels

Hey guys I'm new to this. I can't seem to find any articles online or in the manualWhy am having the issue that I'm having. If I play the same track on track one and track to the levels are good. When I play the same tracks on deck three and deck four the audio is much lower. I can't seem to find out why.

Does anyone know how to adjust the audio on the decks manually? Or why all of a sudden I'm having decks one and two really loud and decks three and four are not as loud while playing the same track?

Yes they are! I've double checked. It's super weird maybe I dont know what I'm doing. Maybe there is another issue.

Now it's the opposite where decks 1 and 2 are low and 3 and 4 are high. I'm baffled.

Sure it isn’t the audio files? If the waveforms are smaller then it’s the files themselves but you can always raise your gain level in SDJ to match the other audio files.
