I just picked up the platinum controller and using it with a brand new MacBook Pro. For some reason I have a lag scratching on Deck B only this is my second unit and I had the same issue on my previous unit also. I have the buffer setting to low and still the same issue... can anybody help?

Hi..yes same thing..friend has serato pro...scratches just fine...is this the issue...numark platinum can't scratch on DJ lite

Are you comparing different computers/hardware?

I’ve had a open ticket with Serato Support for about 6 weeks now and I am getting nowhere.

The fix they are sending only works with pro and I’m really disappointed with the level of support and response so far....

1 email is taking 5 days to be replied to makes you think if you brought pro what the level of support would be like.
