im using SL on Mojave on one machine and SL High Sierra on another with no issues. there was a thread with the work around by using a script to disable SIP.

ive never seen a script, it has to be done manually but it takes about 5 mins and its extremely easy to do.

has anyone figured out how to use ttm57sl on mojave?

YES! Try ScratchLive 2.3.0, the older Version with old Icon (Mac).
Win i think it was 2.4.x!?
We test different Versions and this older works well. I just use Serato for loading Tracks, some Cue-Points and Loops – sooo im fine.

im going to be that guy, the dick about this.

it's been stated at least 100 times by myself and the vets. Turn off sips for the kext directory. Google is your best friend, do a google search and learn how to disable sips.

A simple forum search and 5 minutes of your time vs having this question repeated over and over and over again.
