Im using a pioneer SX and and S9 computer mac 2012 OS Mountain Lion

when the upfaders are down, the video used to match the audio and fade to black.

now the video is on all the time. I've tried messing with it, but nothing helps.

anyone know what to do in this case? Thank you.
