DDJ SX2 not working

When plugged into my computer, everything lights up the way that it should but the play button, tempo slider, and jog wheel will not work for any of the channels. I already tried adjusting the jog wheel sensitivity to see if that would help but it did nothing. Please help!

what version of serato are you using?
whats your laptop specs?
