Sereto Video is Choppy and Lagging

Cant seem to find a solution to this. Videos are slow and choppy. Tried adjusting the Buffer and output quality but no change. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

13 inch macbook pro doesn't have a dedicated graphics card so is most likely too slow for running videos.

Is this really the case?
I7 MBP 2012 16GB ram

Doesn’t run great but wondered if there’s anything that can be done to help smooth it out. Different OS etc??

Sadly investing in ME will give you a much better experience.

I'm having the same issue. What are the ideal settings?? (USB buffer size latency) (buffer size for output) etc
