can't save when i record

can't save when i record

Hello,
My problem is when i click on save when i'm recording it did'nt save and it says "record stopped".

I delete and put back Serato but the problem continues.

I play on Windows 10 with Pioneer DDJ-SR

I need help :(

before you record did you set a folder to save your recordings first?

Yes i have the folder Recorded, because i had record mix many times before.

Are you naming your recordings? Once you stop the recording you have to enter a name and then save it.

So the support found the problem, is was the recording location which wasn't to the default path shown below the issue !

It will still save if you close your laptop lid or something, I've done it several times. The files are defaulted to save if you don't save and close serato or shut down.

Only the most recent recording. If you keep closing without properly saving you will only be able to get to the last recording.
