Serato vs traktor

I've been using serato for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it, recently however I had a go of a friends controller using traktor, I couldn't believe how good the auto anylise feature was, no need to set beat grids to be able to use loops and even vinyl rips stayed on beat when using sync without having to edit grids. Am I missing a way to improve this in serato or doing something wrong somewhere? Surly traktor can't be better than serato at this right??

I don’t use beatgrids ever and looping is always on point w/Serato...πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

Some tracks won't even let me set a loop, I'm realising as I'm writing this it could be because I haven't anylized them tracks actually

That could be it but also make sure the specs of your machine are meeting the minimum system requirements for SDJ. A under spec machine will def cause the program to lag or become buggy.

I'm pretty certain it is because you have not analyzed your tracks.
Serato will not know your BPM until you do so.
