Need help with connecting Mixars DUO MKII

So I just got this. Windows 10

Downloaded driver, installed good.

Serato sees the Mixer, buttons work as I can load a song and see when I hit a cue point button it works. When I turn on the turntable and put the needle down nothing happens. The music doesn't move in Serato or play through the speakers.

Turntables are hooked up to the Phone line inputs and grounded. Switches are set to "Serato(usb)" I can't think of what else it could be.

Make sure Serato decks are set to Relative mode it’s prob on internal. Noob mistake.

Loaded music, changed it to relative and it still doesn't seem to be picking up the turntables.

on the back of the mixer make sure the switch is set to phono for turntables on each input

haha...for the money I've spent on the Z2 (which I liked, but is unreliable) and the DUO (which I'm not sure about yet), I could have actually bought something more decent. Oh well :-)
