Rane 72/12 Issue

Just bought the new system. When I connected it and attempted to play a song, the waveform doesn't move even though the platter does. I'm getting no sound. I can move thru the song with the touchscreen and the mouse on the computer, but again, no sound.

I'm using a Mac Pro 10.13.with Touch Bar running 10.13.6.
I've already swapped out the USB cable with no success.
I've updated the firmware on the Rane 72.
I've updated to the new Serato DJ software.

I'm a beginner so any help is very much appreciated.

think you need to be in internal mode for the twelves.

since you are a beginner I need you to sell the Rane setup and begin with something crappy. Like get some old numark turntables and a numark mixer. Start like the rest of us did, your not good enough yet for Rane.

Why is it that every time a beginner posts their crappy system you tell them to get a Rane setup? I think you overdosed on Viagra again. Check your meds.

Im really not bothered by it. It's all in good fun. We are Serato family and I will work on my behavior and anger issues. Apologies.

Your the only one that seems interested. I don't have time for that, if you check my YouTube I haven't made a video in a long time, because it's a waste of time and I have been busy focusing on getting my money up.

that's what I'm doing right now. When I'm on the forums I am at the office. I don't waste my time on the forums in my private life, just when I'm bored AF at work.

Don't get excited. We believe you. Just take your meds, wash them down with a Margarita, wait an hour or so, and you'll be back to your old self.

had the initial issue of having it not on internal but I cant get any sound to come out
