Failed to Connect Audio / Error

Hello there. I formatted the laptop. but now serato is failing.

System: Windows 7 - Serato DJ 1.9.9 Build 4209

Error: Failed to Connect Audio

Which audio hardware do you have? Did you installed the correct audio drivers for your device?

Did you tried to use onother USB cable?

Try connecting to another laptop just to outrule any hardware issue
If it connects to a different laptop then you need to troubleshoot your midi settings

Not just another cable, the correct kind of USB cable - a USB cable with
28/24 printed on it, and preferably no longer than 3'.
