Denon mcx 8000 not recognising usb thumb drive

My Denon mcx 8000 has stopped recognising my ScanDisk Ultra usb 3.0 64 GB drive in stand alone mode after a year of use so.
I thought maybe it needed replacing so I bought a new scan disc extreme usb drive and that is also not being recognised.
They are both formatted to FATex

I have tried 2 other segate external hardives which also do not work but I do have one old 4GB Hp usb stick that does work

any ideas?

Go check out the Denon DJ Forums. Denon has recently updated both the MCX8000 firmware and the Engine Prime Software. Hope this helps.
