Serato Pro 2.0.1 Crashing Not uploading Tracks From External Drive HELP!!!!

I recently upgrade to 2.0 but been having a problem for quite a few weeks now when opening serato 2.0 tracks wont upload the program would open but tracks wont show.... then it wont respond.

Help please.

I am suing a Macbook Pro Mid 2012
Running on Mac Os High Sierra 10.13.3

try completely removing your hardwares driver, then reinstalling it ...i was having this issue along with others before i did this... once i did that its been working for me ...

Make sure your controller is plugged into a usb2 port, and not usb3. Don't use anything else on the usb 2 bus. Just the controller. You may want to try a different hard drive. Also, if you have a large library, that can really slow things down.

Other than that, unplug anything from your computer that isn't necessary and make sure you don't have the high res display setting checked in setup.

I forgot to mention that if you are using the 64bit version, try the 32. Sometimes 64 bit versions are not as reliable as 32 bit, especially when apps are new like this one is.
