Hi, I am new and I have a question. Can I use and external Hard Drive and not load the music to my Mac Book Pro? I only have 128G in my Mac and don't want to overwhelm it with music. Can I make crates and not load it on my Mac?

I have been using only externals drive to dj both audio and video the last 4 years .

Always have a back up/clone. I will recommend at least 3 back ups.
