What are the specs of the Laptop? It isn't a netbook, right?

Ime new to all of it I've only had the dj controler and the laptop for one month so it is all new to me but yes it could be a note book. Acer Aspire 1 a114-31-c61f

Do the tracks play normally using a different media player other than serato? Have you updated all of your pc's drivers for audio, video, motherboard, etc?

Worst case, just analyze while disconnected and playback while connected.

Yep, it is. They only come with 32GB flash storage.

Even that paltry storage won't be the biggest hurdle.

Make sure the realtek drivers are up to date. I am surprised that a 1.1GHz Intel Celeron N3450 dual-core processor even plays nice with any DJ software released these days.

Are you trying to play tracks and analyzing at the same time?
