While concerting files,What is the best quality for the ssl? 128 160 192 224 256 or 320

you're gonna get a lot of answers for this. general consesus is that you should do mp3's at at least 192. higher rates are preferred, of course, if you have the hard drive space.

I started @ 128 then went up to 192.
Recently I started converting to 320.
