Crates not loading from iTunes into Serato DJ

I have upgraded to Serato DJ and when I loaded the music from iTunes, the crates did not load.

Hi there,

Please have a read of the article I have linked below that should help to resolve this issue. I would recommend that you specifically look over the section 'Why can't I see any of my iTunes music or playlists in Serato DJ?'.

I have got the fix, I copyed the music in my crates in iTunes and pasted it in my crates in Serato and it works. thank you for any help.
