Does anyone have a clue on when Serato will be natively supported? It was announced at the inception of the players and mixer that they would be. I've had mine since march and haven't used them one because I need video at all my mix format gigs. I should have just bought a Pioneer system in hindsight.

You should also request this on the Denon forum. There is a thread there last time i checked.

Advice for everyone...

Never buy a product which offers promises of what it will offer or assume it will eventually have a feature. Only buy a product if you are happy with the current state of it.

Oh boy. You should never believe a promise. What if all of the sudden Denon's priority change. Or the company goes under or engineers find that native support s not possible...thats a lot of equipment you bought based on a promise. I would sell it and go with Pioneer.

We're currently working on support for both the Denon X1800 and SC5000. We don't have an ETA yet, but support will be coming in a future version.
