I recently bought the dj SB2 and did setup but only one deck is showing.windows 10 acer PC
help pls

Hey there,

It sounds like you're having basic connection issues which can usually be solved by running through this guide: support.serato.com

hey , thanks for your promptly response.
I did all the steps that you suggested and I m having the same issue.
I plug in the usb from SB2 in the laptop , the dual decks appear for 1 second and disappear.

"hardware disconnected'' appears underneath the Serato logo in the top of the page
