Hello Serato community,

Would it be possible to use a Pioneer DDJ-SR with DJ intro instead of the included software?

It's about I'm working on a cruise ship and we want to buy the Pioneer DDJ-SR for our small crew bar. Since most of the peers (all nonprofessional DJ's) who play music from time to time will use free version. So I would like to ask whether it is compatible to use the free software and will the main buttons work?

Hi The DJ is not finish,

The DDJ-SR is not compatible with Intro sorry. The DDJ-SR unlocks Serato DJ, so you don't need to have a Serato DJ license to use it - anyone who connects to it can use Serato DJ for free (whilst connected).
