once I upgrade itch or download serato dj my ns7 say it's not connected why I'm using a Mac and checked my drivers

update your ns7 firmware to the latest remove itch and make sure you use the latest serato DJ 1.96

i say remove it whats the whole point of leaving it on there he wont use it again unless its 1996 also it might conflict with the new version its all about elimination

I would suggest running throuhg all the steps in this guide - support.serato.com
