Hi Everyone,

I have used Serato for 5 years.

I started using Serato Video about 9 months ago and it worked perfectly.

I stopped using for a while and recently wanted to start again.

1) I purchased a new Numark Mixtrack Platinum (and registered it)
2) Updated serato
3) Attempted to use video with the same mp4 videos I had used before.

Just like the title says, the audio is perfectly fine and responsive to the controller, but the video is super slow and maybe 1 frame every 10 seconds or worse.

I then:

1) Updated my Windows 10 Intel graphics drivers (using the diagnostic tool so i know it's the best update)
2) Reinstalled QuickTime Player
3) Reinstalled Serato

All of that has had no effect and I am running out of ideas.

Any suggestions?
