MixTrack Pro 2 Serato Dj Intro "Hardwar Disconnected"

Hi guys ive just purchased a new Numark MixTrack Pro2 and installed the serato dj intro but some how when i connect the mixtrack to the computer its says hardware disconnected no matter what i do. I tried to switch usb and everything and im helpless. I want to start playing but i have no idea what to do.. someone?

What operating system are you using? I went to the hardware page but there doesn't seem to be any drivers for it. However try the free 14 day trial of SDJ which can be downloaded here serato.com
