Trouble connecting ddjsb2

Can anyone please help me I have downloaded the serato software - went onto my serato, got the 14 days free trail sorted - I then go to connect my ddjsb2 - both left and right decks pop up on screen for a split second and then disaper. The lights come on the controller but can't use any functions. I have been trying to sort this problem out for the past two days trying many different things,, well frustrating.

I managed to solve the problem, I didn't have the correct driver.
Anyone else who is experiencing the same problem click on this link support.serato.com go to the section wee it says Check you have right driver in stalled - the click on the highlighted writing and follow the instructions.
