Failure to connect

Just purchased a new laptop, downloaded Serato DJ, when I plug in my DDJSX2 I get a failure to connect.....help pls

Did you download the driver for your SX2?

If you're on Mac it should be plug n play. But windows requires the driver depending on your operating system. Hope that helps.
